MMC alva5 StarAbsolutely blown away on my first visit!
We tried a wide variety of dishes and every single one was on point—flavorful, fresh, and so satisfying.
🔥 Must-tries:
• Chongqing spicy noodles (mouth-numbing in the best way!)
• Dry pot pork intestine (bold and addictive)
• Bamboo fungus chicken soup (light yet rich in flavor)
• Japanese-style pork cutlet (crispy outside, tender inside)
• Grilled fish jaw, chicken wings, skewered beef and chicken breast, chive skewers—so juicy and well seasoned
• Cheese corn and grilled pig trotters were the perfect finish!
The menu offers a great mix of Sichuan, Japanese, and classic skewer dishes—perfect for group dining or a cozy night out. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!Monday 28th July 2025
Amanda Adam5 StarLoved the barn! Had a lifechanging stinky tofu dish and haven’t stopped thinking about it three days later. The sweet potato fries were drizzled in honey yummm
Lots of vegetarian options! Attentive servers! All around great experienceSaturday 27th July 2024
Gavin H1 StarThe owner changed and it isn't as good as it used to be. There's no more member discount and the braised beef noodle soup isn't good anymore and it used to be so goated. I won't be coming back here again. I would have given this a 5/5 before just for the food. Now it's like a -1.Thursday 1st January 2026
Tim G5 StarThe food is absolutely delicious no doubt about that. Very cultural. I'd recommend trying the smoked chicken heart and fish chin. The service was very friendly and helpful. Very nice staff. The staff was very concerned about their food quality which is always nice. They were willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. definitely give this place a tryWednesday 31st May 2017
Jim Hung2 StarDon't really understand why so many people lined up for it. The taste of food is around average and some of the dishes was super salty that we had to drink lots of water to dilute it. Beef tongue is not really authentic JP yakitori style but the Korean BBQ AYCE style that cost $10 for around 6 pcs? With the price and food quality, I don't think this is worth the money.Wednesday 4th September 2019
