Melanie McShane4 StarWe had a lovely dinner at 19Seventy tonight! My husband and I both ordered the Salmon Piccata and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, bright, and flavorful. Since the restaurant is newly opened, everything feels fresh, clean, and beautifully designed.
There was only one other table of diners while we were there, so the service was incredibly attentive in the best way. It felt calm, relaxing, and like a little hidden gem inside the new Hilton.
One funny note — the music seemed to skip abruptly between songs, almost like someone kept tapping the “next” button. Not a complaint at all, just something we found amusing!
Overall, a great low-key but elevated dinner spot. We’ll definitely be back as they settle in and get busier. Highly recommend the Salmon Piccata!Thursday 11th December 2025
Joelly Vazquez5 Star10/10 experience. I had the cheesecake served with pistachio sorbet and a berry purée, topped with fresh berries—hands down the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. The texture was incredibly smooth and almost butter-like, reminiscent of whipped cream or crème brûlée. Perfectly balanced, not overly sweet—just right.
The Pinot Noir paired beautifully and elevated the dessert even more.
Chef Alex and Chef Arnulfo are true experts in their craft. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience. I also loved the music selection and overall ambience—it tied everything together flawlessly. ✨Saturday 20th December 2025
