Chef Nourish is a godsend! Since my husband Jack has been in and out of the hospital for heart issues, I have little to no time to cook for him and always run out of ideas what to prepare. I contacted chef Lala about a month ago and have been blown away by the meals they have prepared, especially for his condition; low sodium diet/heart healthy and diabetic friendly. He has lost about 5 pounds in the last month and his blood glucose levels are in normal ranges(morning readings are 85-95, previously 105-115.) Delivery is typically early morning in a zipper bag with ice to keep food nice and cold which is fantastic. I don’t spend much time in the kitchen in front of the hot stove any longer as meals are precooked and all fresh as can be. All you need is to heat up (stove top recommended) and serve. Delicious! I have more time to spend with him and family. I highly recommend Chef Lala! Thank you!

Disappointed in quality and attention to detail. A lot of my food avoids were included in my meals. Did not offer first time client discount that was listed on the website. :(

Chef LaLa and her team are amazing. They juggle multiple needs, including calorie counts, with mystifying, delicious, recipes. They drop off food as expected and her prices are very competitive without being locked into a “plan”.

Hands down the best food prep service in LA. Chef Lala has changed my life. Her food is fresh, nutritional, with an excellent variety of cuisines and flavors, and service is personalized. Definitely high quality and not like the cookie cutter meals you'll find with other food prep services. Deliveries are reliable and there is no middle men! So easy to connect and have a modified request etc. I feel like I have a private chef that delivers fresh food to me daily! It's unreal for busy professionals like myself! You will not find this level of food prep service anywhere else. I also have IBS so I am extremely sensitive to food that is not fresh or made from cutting corners. I am very pleased to say that I have not had a single reaction with Chef Lala's meals. They are clearly made with a lot of thought, care and love. So worth it and I feel so lucky to have her service!
