Cow Belly Modern Dining was born from a simple yet powerful idea: what if your favorite comfort foods could be reimagined with the creativity, precision, and heart of a chef’s kitchen? From that aha moment came our mission - to redefine comfort food for the modern palate, delivering bold flavors, thoughtful sourcing, and an atmosphere that feels like home, only better. Great tasting dishes, tried several of the appetizers and they did not disappoint. The main dishes such as the hanger steak and linguine bolognese were tasting as well as size hit the mark with the short rib plate. Would definitely recommend the apple tart to complete the meal. The atmosphere at Cowbelly is incredibly warm and welcoming. The decor creates such a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. On top of the beautiful setting, the food was absolutely amazing! It is great to find a place that nails both the environment and the cuisine so perfectly. We will definitely be back. I ordered the Hanger Steak and - WOW. Cooked to absolute perfection; tender, flavorful, and elevated even further by the sauce that came with it. It wasn't just good, it was memorable. And the salad? I'm not a salad person, but I cleaned the plate. Service was top notch, attentive without being overbearing, and truly made the experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience at Cow Belly! We ordered the chicken tikka masala and miso salmon, and both were excellent. The chicken was incredibly soft, practically falling off the bone, and full of flavor. The salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious. For dessert we ordered tiramisu. It was excellent! Great service, warm and welcoming ambiance, and an overall lovely dining experience. Excited to have this new spot in the neighborhood and will definitely be back. Next time we have family in town, definitely taking them here!

Cow Belly is now OPEN! What a treat to try their unique food - a little bit of everything to satisfy any appetite. Do you like Asian? Mexican? Indian? or Anything? You'll find something to your liking on their very unique menu. It was so good, I've already been twice! The decor is adorable, the wait staff attentive, and the owners are amazing. My favorite were the super-thin Zucchini Truffle appetizers - so crispy! How do they do that with zucchini?! We also had the Cesar Salad with, instead of big croutons that you can hardly bite, crushed croutons that still gave you the crunch but not the fear of a dental visit. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts were crunchy and had a touch of balsamic sweetness. We also had the Cow Belly Rainbow Roll - yummy fresh sushi and surprisingly, melon inside - gave my sushi a nice texture plus a little sweetness - YUM! Plus I love they have their own parking lot, so plenty of free, lighted, parking! Can't wait to go back to try more.

Cow Belly is amazing. Every detail feels expertly curated, from the details of the decor to the eclectic menu. The food is particularly good and demonstrates the difference between a cook and a chef. I started with 6 sourdough "grilled cheese" balls paired with 3 sauces. The cheese seemed paired to match the sourness of the bread and each sauce made it differently delicious. The beef short rib was tender and tasty, topped with a savory sauce. It came with a side of mashed potatoes mixed with blended corn (very good!). The apple tart came with a scoop if vanilla ice cream and berries, and couldn't have been better. Bryan (the chef) and Kimberly (the server) both offered excellent, friendly service. I'm definitely coming back for more!

My classmate’s sushi selection exhibited comparable craftsmanship, with fresh ingredients, clean presentation, and a clear emphasis on detail. We shared a fried zucchini appetizer, which proved equally impressive. Its crisp exterior and well-seasoned interior suggested a deliberate approach to both preparation and plating, reinforcing the restaurant’s commitment to quality across menu categories. The dining environment contributed significantly to the overall experience. The ambiance was modern yet comfortable, enabling unhurried conversation while still maintaining a lively, contemporary feel. The staff further elevated the visit through professional, timely service that remained attentive without being intrusive. Cow Belly Modern Dining delivered excellence across all dimensions—food, atmosphere, and service—which merits unequivocal recommendation.
