Mema’s Southern Hospitality catered my birthday dinner and they really did their thing. The food was fire. Seasoned right, cooked perfectly, and you could tell it was made with care. Every dish hit. My guests kept going back for seconds and asking who catered it — that’s when you know it’s good. They were on time, professional, and everything ran smooth. I didn’t have to stress about anything, which meant I could actually enjoy my birthday. Good food, good energy, no complaints at all. I appreciate them for making my night special. I’d definitely book again.

The food is delicious, the presentation was on point and dealing with the Chef owner was easy as pie. She did most of everything and I sat back and enjoyed the party. I hired Memas Southern Hospitality for my 40th birthday dinner, and they absolutely crushed it. The elevated buffet was stunning, and the food was out of this world — especially the fried catfish, which was hands-down the crowd favorite! Chef Neicy was professional, friendly, and made everything feel effortless. Guests are still raving. Would definitely book again!

Chef Niecy is the best. She has the best demeanor; very sweet. Now for the food. My guests LOVED everything. My family/friends love good food, and have no problem sharing how they feel. One cousin said out loud, "It's nice to have folks who know how to cook". Everyone was in agreement. I asked everyone how they liked the food, and everyone threw hands up and yelled out, "the best". So thank you again Chef Niecy. Don't be surprised if you hear from some of my family/friends who may be planning an event in the future. Thank you again for your patience with me, and for just being you my queen. Also to your helper. She's a keeper, and also very personable. Love her.
